Welcome to BookedLocal Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.
1. The Services
BookedLocal Studio provides custom website design, development, hosting, and booking integration services for local businesses. A free, initial homepage mockup is provided at no cost ("Free Mockup"). Moving forward from the mockup requires agreement to one of our pricing tiers.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Plans: BookedLocal Studio offers three website plans — Starter ($349 setup + $49/month), Professional ($549 setup + $69/month), and Business ($849 setup + $99/month). Pricing for non-USD markets (UK, EU, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, Denmark) is displayed in local currency on the relevant location pages and may differ from USD pricing.
- Setup Fees: The one-time setup fee for your chosen plan is required prior to the commencement of development. The free mockup is provided at no cost and with no obligation prior to this payment.
- Monthly Subscription: The monthly fee covers web hosting, SSL security, booking notification service, and minor content updates. Annual billing is available at a discounted rate equivalent to 10 months (2 months free).
- No Contracts: Monthly subscriptions are strictly month-to-month. You may cancel at any time without penalty.
3. 7-Day Guarantee
We guarantee your website will be fully live within 7 days following your approval of the initial mockup and our receipt of the setup fee, provided you deliver any requested branding assets (logos, images, and specific copy requests) in a timely manner.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of your setup fee, you own the domain name and all core content files natively associated with your website block. However, the proprietary booking infrastructure, notification codes, and underlying hosting stack remain the intellectual property of BookedLocal Studio.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BookedLocal Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of business, bookings, or data.
6. Termination
You may cancel your monthly hosting subscription at any point. Upon cancellation, your custom website files can be exported upon request, but the site will no longer be hosted by us, and automatic booking notifications will cease to function.
